The site of Los Terrenos is nearby Casa Ventura, is located in a residential zone adjacent to the southwest side of Monterrey, it’s a highland forested zone. The house program is fragmented according to each component’s function and role within the site; but they are all enclosed in a perfect square in the general plan.

TatianaBilbao Spamer (born 1972) is a Mexican architect whose works often merged geometry with nature. Her practice focuses on sustainable design and social housing. Los Terrenos, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, 480 sqm, 2016. Observatory House, La Blanca, Mexico, 2009.
TatianaBilbao ha dado a conocer su trabajo más reciente: el edificio Bioinnova, que formará parte del campus del Tecnológico de Monterrey, sede Culiacán, en Sinaloa. Su apariencia es la de cuatro cajas apiladas en desorden sobre una base. El proyecto fue presentado en 2009 como una arquitectura inspirada en las formas de los árboles.
